Attorney Profiles

Allison M. Domday, an associate in the Casualty Department, focuses her practice in the areas of trucking and transportation litigation, product liability, motor vehicle, and premises liability.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Allison was a law clerk for Angino & Rovner in Harrisburg, PA. In her role, Allison was responsible for legal research on statutory and case law, drafting complaints, briefs, and preparing intra-office memoranda.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor in 2009 from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.  During law school Allison was an Articles Editor and Associate Editor for the Penn State Environmental Law Review.

Allison attended Albright College where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in 2006.  As an undergrad, she was privileged to receive the Dearden Scholar in Management and was member of the Jacob Albright Society. Each recognizes the accomplishments in academics of Albright's top student in management as well as the top 1% of all students, respectively.

Allison is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
