Alan joins the Casualty Department focusing his practice in a wide variety of cases involving construction litigation, premises liability, trucking and transportation specifically railroad litigation, FELA claims, automobile and asbestos claims.

Alan currently spends his time handling New York labor law matters. He defends companies in cases involving all aspects of construction accidents, specifically personal injury, that include height related incidents or falling objects.

Alan has dedicated a portion of his practice to defending railroad companies in suits brought against them involving crossing accidents, specifically train cars and automobiles. He also has significant experience handling FELA claims which included employees/engineers sustaining minor or catastrophic injuries such as loss of limb, fingers, and burn or facial injury.

He is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and New Jersey . Alan is also admitted to the United States District Course for Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York as well as the District of New Jersey.
